Lost Your Password?

You can request a new cPanel Password quickly and easily through your SignedOn Control Panel.

  • Log in to the billing tool using your primary email address, and your billing password
  • Select Client Area from the drop-down menu in the header of the webpage.
  • Find the service you wish to modify, and click it
  • Choose the "Change Password Tab"
  • Enter new password
